  • The three phases of the Rapid Response Include:
    • Phase One: Get rapid response personnel in place to complete evidence collection and scene preservation.
    • Phase Two: Clean-up of accident site, storage of equipment, completion of scene investigation, crisis communications, brand preservation, and investigation and handling of all claimants and witnesses.
    • Phase Three: Analysis of all collected evidence and preliminary determination as to liability and damage exposure.

If warranted, dispatch of field adjusters, reconstructionists, and through our lead counsel, dispatch a local lawyer to the scene:

  • Email reporting from scene of accident
  • Email status reporting every two (2) hours until site investigation is concluded

RC Services claims management approach consists of the administration of all claims including:

  • Owner-management supervision on a day-by-day basis
  • Provide regular communications, including safety/risk management meetings
  • Provide comprehensive claim reports to enable Insureds to monitor claims
  • Provide additional ancillary services to ensure the effective and efficient handling of all claims, including other coverage, contribution, third party actions, off-sets, etc.
  • Provide on-line access to claim system on a 24/7/365 basis

The purpose of this visit is to determine if any "hidden agendas" exist that might increase the value of a claim. This critical part of the collision analysis includes a thorough review of the Safer and SMS profiles and a structured questionnaire with a review of:

  • DOT Accident Register
  • Driver logs and Supporting Documents
  • Safety orientation, hiring, and supervision
  • Driver qualification file and vehicle maintenance and repair records
